What is Tantrism?
Tantrism is a practice inspired by the Hindu religion and which dates back to the 5th century. It combines meditation with sexuality. Following the principles of meditation, tantra aims to achieve, in the full state of consciousness, an "awakened" sexuality. New language, new communication for better self-discovery.
This sacred dimension is achieved by the fusion between the masculine and the feminine
(represented in Hindu temples, by Shakti and Shiva).

Tantrism is active meditation. It involve action instead of static meditation.
This dynamic practice uses the body as a tool which anchors us in the present moment and which opens the way to a lucid and benevolent encounter with oneself. Tantrism also leads to a deep encounter with the other.
Sexuality is part of the development of the individual and leads to its full development by promoting the circulation of energy. Pleasure reaches the whole body, not just the genitals.
Rituals, teachings, exercices
Ritual is a time and space of transformation, of expanded consciousness. This is where we transform our inner world by visualizing the desired changes in sacred space, thereby transforming our outer world. With ritual, we learn to master the force of intention and manifestation, through the art of letting go to rely on a force greater than ourselves.

The teachings on Tantra adapt to each person depending on their level of experience and knowledge. For sessions lasting more than 24 hours, private coaching sessions are included.

Sensory meditation exercises are designed so that the capacity for presence is optimized. We use the senses: hearing, smell, touch, look and even taste to stay connected in the body which is our anchor in the here and now. Meditation becomes pleasant and accessible to everyone.
Tantric Massage
It is a combination of “DeepBodyWork” type massage techniques to release tension in the body. Indeed, energy cannot circulate in a tense body. The massage is done on the floor on a double mattress.
This technique is a powerful blend of energy healing, chakra balancing and intuitive full body massage. Healing energy is activated on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. It replaces stress and tension with balance, peace and a deep sense of inner calm for the soul, body and spirit.
The first part of the massage is more therapeutic and the second part with the lingam massage
or yoni is a sensual massage to awaken and raise the Kundalini energy.
You have nothing to do but let yourself go in the present moment
and follow the movement of our hands on your body.

nor effort in order to connect our energies and our intentions.
There is no kissing, oral sex or sexual intercourse during the session.
Only the client is naked for part of the session.
